What ?
The challenge is to exercise during 48 hours.
We are exercising 30 minutes every 4th hour with an intensity and style (e.g. running, cycling & roller skating) decided by each participant.
Where ?
You decide, i.e. the challenge is virtual.
When ?
The challenge is due between Friday and Sunday afternoons starting at 5 p.m. (CET) on 28th of May. Laps 2-12 are to be run according to below schedule:
Second lap: 28/5 9 p.m. (CET)
Third lap: 29/5 1 a.m. (CET)
Fourth lap: 29/5 5 a.m. (CET)
...
12th & last lap: 30/5 1 p.m. (CET)

How ?
Register yourself by starting to follow Instagram account F8Challenge at latest 4:59 p.m. on 28th of May.
More information regarding the challenge will be posted on the Instagram account (F8Challenge). Note that you can freely stop following the account after the challenge is finished.
Make sure to have proof (e.g. photo) from each completed lap.
